Simple chocolate cup cakes


Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1 1/4 cup sugar
125 g / 1 stick butter (roughly a little less than half cup when melted)
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 tbsp baking powder 6-8 tbsp Chocolate powder
3 large eggs
Cup cake mould trays , paper holders

Preheat oven at 365 degrees.

Beat well with - the eggs,  milk, melted butter, vanilla essence, sugar t, one after another. Beat till it is frothy. Add baking powder and mix well and beat. Mix the chocolate powder into the flour till it is nicely blended.

While beating, keep adding the chocolate powder and flour mixture spoon by spoon. Mix well.

Place the cup cake paper holders lined inside the mould tray ready.

Pour into them carefully so that not fill more than 70% . Bake for about 20 mins. Around 15 mins insert a tooth pick in one , just to be sure how much more time to keep, as different ovens need different times
.
This batter makes about 16-17 cupcakes. 

Keep aside to cool for atleast 15 mins before attempting to take out.Cool the trays before reusing. Top them with various flavours of icings and whipped cream before serving.  Enjoy!
