Ingredients
Penne or any kind of pasta (Boiled with salt and drained)
Broccoli - one bunch
Mushrooms - 8-10
Onion - 1
Bell pepper -1
Tofu - grated one bowl
Tomatoes - 2-3 medium and ripe - blend to make puree
Carrots - 1
Oil/ Butter - 2-3 tbsps
Grated cheese - optional
Seasoning
Rosemary , Garlic powder, Thyme, Basil, Oregano, salt - 1tsp each
Heat oil. Fry the vegetables. Add tomato, fry till it thickens a little bit, add seasoning and salt. Add grated tofu. Mix the pasta in. Optional to add grated cheese.
